We hereby certify that the products designed and manufactured by IRT Integrated Rectifier Technologies Inc. are guaranteed against defects in components, parts and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from factory. The obligation of IRT Integrated Rectifier Technologies Inc. is limited to adjustment, repair, or replacement, at factory, of any rectifier, parts/components or workmanship found to be defective on examination by IRT Integrated Rectifier Technologies Inc.
This warranty does not cover costs or losses incurred for the removal, handling, storage, re- installation or shipping, associated with the damaged rectifier or damaged components/parts. All defective products must be sent to the factory with shipping costs prepaid, with the factory being notified prior to shipment.
This warranty does not cover damage as the result of flooding, lightning, earthquakes, terrorism, or any other phenomena.
This warranty will be null and void for damages incurred through acts of vandalism, improper equipment installation/usage, or alterations to the original equipment.
IRT Integrated Rectifier Technologies Inc. will not be held liable for any consequential damages that may occur.
